Terms of use

Last updated: 17 July 2026

In short: Karma Player is a media player. We do not provide, sell, or host any channels, films, or other content. You bring your own playlist, and you are responsible for it.

1. Who we are

Karma Player ("we", "us") is operated by [company name], [registered address]. You can reach us at [contact email]. These terms govern your use of the Karma Player applications and of this website.

2. What the service is — and is not

Karma Player is software that plays media. It is comparable to any other media player: it opens a playlist you supply and plays what that playlist points to.

3. Your responsibility for your playlist

You alone are responsible for the playlist you load and for holding the rights or subscriptions needed to access it. You must not use Karma Player to access content you are not entitled to. If you are not sure whether your provider is lawful in your country, do not use it with our software.

We do not inspect, index, or moderate the content of your playlist. We cannot restore, replace, or troubleshoot a playlist that your provider takes offline — that relationship is between you and them.

4. Devices, trial and activation

5. Resellers and credits

Approved resellers manage their own clients from a panel and activate devices using credits.

6. Payment

Card payments are processed by CMI, the Moroccan interbank payment centre, through Attijari Payment. You enter your card details on their secure page, under 3D Secure. We never see, receive, or store your card number.

Prices are shown in euro. Depending on our merchant agreement and your card, your bank may convert the amount and apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee — that charge is between you and your bank. Where PayPal is offered, a 3.49% fee is added and shown before you pay.

Credits are added to your balance only once the bank confirms the payment. If a payment fails, no credits are added and no amount is captured.

7. Refunds

Because credits are delivered instantly and can be spent immediately, purchased credits are non-refundable once they are added to your balance.

We will refund you where the law requires it, and in these cases: you were charged more than once for the same order; you were charged but the credits never arrived; or the service was unusable for reasons on our side and we could not fix it. Write to [contact email] within 14 days of the charge, with the order reference shown on your confirmation page.

8. Acceptable use

9. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate a device, an account, or a reseller for breach of these terms, fraud, chargebacks, or attempts to abuse the credit system. Where we suspend a reseller for fraud, unused credits may be withheld.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted availability: playback depends on your internet connection, your device, and above all on your own provider, none of which we control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or loss of access to third-party content.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Material changes affecting resellers will be announced in the panel. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact and governing law

Questions: [contact email]. These terms are governed by the laws of [country], and the courts of [country] have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
